Mykala Patel is a debut author with the attention span of a woman trapped in a well-stocked bookstore and every intention of wandering the aisles. She writes across romance, fantasy, thriller, and horror—often because the stories show up fully formed in her dreams and refuse to leave. When she isn’t plotting her next novel, she’s deep in character building, curating soundtracks for imaginary scenes, or vanishing into someone else’s book. 

She lives in Northeastern Pennsylvania with her dog and two deeply judgmental goldfish who have never once been impressed by her accomplishments.
